A Registration & Account Data

When you open a kbazzi account, we collect the information you provide during the registration process. This includes:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document
• Date of birth (used to verify the 21+ age requirement)
• Bangladesh mobile phone number linked to your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account
• Email address for account communications and verification
• Username and encrypted password credential
• Preferred currency (Bangladeshi Taka / ৳ BDT)

B Identity Verification Data

To comply with our responsible gaming obligations and to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling, kbazzi may request one or more of the following verification documents at any stage of your account lifecycle:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
• Passport biographical data page
• Bangladesh driving licence

C Financial & Transaction Data

kbazzi records all financial activity on your account, including deposit amounts and timestamps, withdrawal requests and settlements, bonus credits and wagering activity, and the payment method used for each transaction (e.g., bKash mobile number, Nagad wallet reference, Rocket account reference, Upay transaction ID, or Visa/Mastercard last-four digits). Full card numbers and bKash/Nagad PINs are never stored on kbazzi servers; payment processing is handled by our certified third-party payment partners.
