kbazzi Terms & Conditions

1 Age and Legal Capacity

You must be at least 21 years of age to register a kbazzi account and to use the Platform in any capacity that involves real-money wagering. By registering, you confirm that you have reached this age threshold and that you possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. kbazzi may request documentary proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable period will result in account suspension.

2 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to register and maintain exactly one kbazzi account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or through the use of aliases, different email addresses, or other devices intended to circumvent this rule — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, kbazzi reserves the right to close all associated accounts and to void any pending balances or bonus credits held within them.

3 Accurate Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the point of registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. Information required includes your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile number, and email address. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kbazzi login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. kbazzi will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify kbazzi support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

1 Accepted Payment Methods

kbazzi currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Bangladesh payment channels:

• Nagad — digital financial service operated by Bangladesh Post Office
• Rocket — mobile banking service operated by Dutch-Bangla Bank
• Upay — digital wallet operated by United Commercial Bank

kbazzi reserves the right to add, remove, or restrict payment methods at any time without prior notice. The availability of a particular payment method may vary based on your location or account status.

2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum transaction limits apply and may vary by payment method and account verification tier. Players are advised to check the current limits shown in their account dashboard before initiating a transaction. kbazzi does not charge its own fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges for which kbazzi accepts no responsibility.

3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within one business day under normal operating conditions, subject to identity verification being complete and no pending bonus wagering requirements on the account. Withdrawals are remitted to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. kbazzi reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the transaction amount is large or where fraud indicators are present.

4 Currency

All transactions on the kbazzi Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Where a player's payment method settles in a different currency, conversion will occur at the rate applied by the relevant payment provider at the time of the transaction. kbazzi is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees applied by third-party payment processors.

1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the relevant offer terms. Unless otherwise specified, the default wagering requirement for kbazzi bonuses is 30 times (30x) the bonus amount. Wagering must be completed within the time limit specified for each offer; bonuses not met within the stated period will expire and be removed from the account without replacement.

2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to verified accounts only. Players who have not completed identity verification may not be eligible to receive bonus funds or to withdraw winnings generated from promotional play. kbazzi reserves the right to withhold or cancel a bonus where it determines, at its sole discretion, that the offer has been claimed in bad faith, through the creation of multiple accounts, or through any other form of bonus abuse.

3 Game Weighting

Not all games contribute equally to the wagering requirements attached to a bonus. Live casino games, sports bets, and certain specialty titles may contribute at a reduced rate (or not at all) relative to standard slot games. The contribution percentages applicable to each game category are detailed in the individual offer terms. Players should review these before selecting which games to play during a bonus period.

4 Withdrawal Restrictions During Active Bonuses

While a bonus is active on your account, you may not be permitted to withdraw real-money funds until the wagering requirement has been met or the bonus has been forfeited. Choosing to forfeit a bonus will result in the removal of all associated bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus play. Your deposited real-money balance will remain intact and available for withdrawal.

1 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kbazzi Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, match, or sporting event available for betting
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to obtain credits, winnings, or advantages not intended by the game rules
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or payment manipulation through the Platform
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party, or allowing a third party to use your account to place bets
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically copy any part of the kbazzi Platform

2 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Where kbazzi determines, at its sole and absolute discretion, that a player has engaged in prohibited conduct, it reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions: immediate suspension or permanent closure of the account; voiding of all pending bets and outstanding bonus balances; withholding or recovery of any winnings derived from prohibited activity; reporting of the conduct to relevant financial institutions or law enforcement authorities where legally required.

3 Game Rules

Each game available on the kbazzi Platform operates according to its own specific rules as determined by the game provider (e.g., Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi). In the event of any conflict between a game provider's rules and these general Terms, the game provider's rules govern in respect of the specific game concerned. kbazzi does not alter the mathematical parameters of any hosted game.

1 Deposit Limits

Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately for reductions and after a 24-hour cooling-off period for increases. kbazzi will not process deposits that would cause a player to exceed their self-imposed limit.

2 Time-Out and Self-Exclusion

Players may request a temporary time-out period (24 hours to 6 weeks) or a permanent self-exclusion from the kbazzi Platform. During a time-out or self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and no deposits, bets, or promotional participation will be possible. 1 Exclusion of Consequential Losses

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kbazzi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity caused by technical failures, connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond kbazzi's direct control.

2 Cap on Direct Liability

Where kbazzi is found directly liable to a player under applicable law, its aggregate liability to that player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific promotion terms published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and kbazzi with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.

3 Waiver

kbazzi's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms on a particular occasion shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision on any subsequent occasion. All waivers must be in writing and signed by an authorised representative of kbazzi to be effective.

4 Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event that these Terms are translated into any other language for the convenience of players, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and any translation.
